A computer-based control system (BMS) was installed in the building which controls and monitors the building’s mechanical and electrical equipment such as ventilation, lighting, power Systems, fire Systems, and Security systems.
The Building Energy Rating (BER) of this 50 bed naval quarter was increased from D to A subsequent to its renovation. This turnkey Billet was fully fitted out and furnished by the SouthCoast team, all completed to the highest standards within rigorous deadlines and budgets.
