Project: Cope Foundation Utility Contracting
Cope Foundation cares for over 2,300 people with intellectual disabilities within Cork County. SouthCoast Homes and Construction carry out a full time building maintenance at all their 110 locations. Within this service we also provide a 24-hour on call maintenance. We offer this maintenance 365 days a year and operate a minimum response time of 1 hour to anywhere within the county. We have one engineer and 2 skilled building operatives carrying call bleeps at all times. The building works cover works to schools, residential units, therapy units, hospitals, sports centres and training centres. All care facilities units operate under HIQA guidelines; hence all building works is carried out to these stringent standards.
