SouthCoast Homes and Construction ( SCHC) was established in 2010 by Alan O’ Leary and Micheal O’Callaghan. Since qualifying with Honours Degrees in Civil Engineering from UCC in 1999 Micheal and Alan have spent 11 years working as Project Managers with a main contractor. During this time they have built up considerable knowledge and expertise, overseeing a wide range of projects.
SouthCoast Homes and Construction now offers this thorough knowledge of the construction sector to prospective clients or developers.
Through Project Management SouthCoast basically manages your project/ house from design stage to completion on site. It effectively allows you have the cost savings of a self build without all the hassle of dealing and co-ordinating the various contractors. The company will budget and control costs, tender out all work, programme work and most importantly offer honest and experienced advice on the construction of your home.
SouthCoast Homes and Construction wish to emphasise that we strive to be very open and fair with our clients. Budgets will be open and transparent and we will guide you to where you can get value for money. The company is based in Timoleague in West Cork. Location or size of projects is not a problem as we have worked from Dingle to Dublin and on jobs from small conservatories to large commercial projects.
