Project: Envirobead manufacturing and distribution centre, Mallow, Co.Cork
This project is located on a 2 acre site in the IDA business and technology park in Mallow This is a design and build customised manufacturing facility incorporating warehousing, manufacturing and a 15000sq ft distribution centre. This facility also includes 3000sq ft of high end officeS and meeting rooms. SouthCoast Homes and Construction worked with the client to achieve the first commercial building in Ireland with an A-Rated BER specification.
