Project : Control Building at Baltimore Waste Water Treatment Plant
This project in West Cork involved the construction of a Control Building for the new Waste Water Treatment Plant in Baltimore. The floor was shuttered to include a service duct chamber, while externally two of the facades were overlaid with a locally sourced natural stone. This building houses all pumps, blowers and control units for the facility as well as providing an office, a canteen and toilet facilities for maintenance staff
