This unique project involved close cooperation between architect and ourselves to ensure that every need of the client was meet. This luxurious property ( 4000 sq ft) was traditional designed externally while the interior had a very contemporary and open plan feel to it. This home has been superbly finished by SouthCoast with specific attention to detail, architectural excellence and expert craftsmanship.
This dwelling consists of 5 large bedrooms with en-suites, luxurious grand entrance hallway, professionally designed kitchen, split level living room, elaborate dining room and a relaxing spacious sun room. All this was constructed to an A Rated BER standard.
